font artifacts with actual SFML 2 snapshot

hi,

i just tested the new SFML 2 snapshot and got the attached font artifacts in ubuntu 12.04 using the latest AMD catalyst driver.
on my workstation using the SFML-2-rc pre-build binaries under windows (and the latest amd catalyst too) everything is okay.

sfml 1.6 displayed the font a bit blurry but without artifacts. is this a driver issue or caused by sfml?
you cant get the font at http://floodfonts.com/freefont/hydrophi.html - i used the .otf one.

It's a known bug. Have you searched before posting?
