Title: Upload a video

I tried 2 load a video file  and shoot it and i couldn't , someone can help me ?

If you're having trouble with something, you really need to provide more information on what you've done and what isn't working.

That said, video isn't directly supported by SFML but you may be interested in a video-playing SFML-based project, listed here:

Do you know how to install the sfeMovie ?
showMe = i do know ? true : nvm;

what the include to sefMovie ?

Why don't you do some research and come back once you are really stuck?
And please don't tell us you won't find out how to include a library...
