Title: inner html targets

Hi,
I would suggest to add html targets on this page:
http://www.sfml-dev.org/download/bindings.php

I mean replace:

<h2>JSFML</h2>

by

<h2 id="JSFML">JSFML</h2>

so that we could use links like:
http://www.sfml-dev.org/download/bindings.php#JSFML (http://www.sfml-dev.org/download/bindings.php#JSFML)
