Title: Modren OpenGL Tutorials in SFML?

Does anyone know a good tutorial for how to use modren opengl i.e. 3.x or better in sfml.

You should just look for tutorials about modern OpenGL (which are easy to find). It doesn't make any difference if it's with SFML, SDL, FreeGLUT or whatever. These libraries just provide the window and the OpenGL context.
