Title: Selection version SFML libraries for Code Blocks 13.12

Hi,
I want start learn programming in c++ and sfml library. I have installed 64 bit version Windows 10 Home. I have question. Which version I have to download for using this SFML library in Code Blocks 13.12 from this page:
http://www.sfml-dev.org/download/sfml/2.3.1/? Please help me this problem.

If you got the "codeblocks-13.12mingw-setup.exe" package, you'll need the "GCC 4.7.1 TDM (SJLJ) - 32-bit" package.
If you got the "codeblocks-13.12mingw-setup-TDM-GCC-481.exe" package, you'll need the "GCC 4.8.1 TDM (SJLJ) - 32-bit" package.

And please use the correct forum next time. This has nothing to do with a binding. ;)
