Advanced Ultimate TRON II (AUT2) is a local multiplayer game inspired by and based on the simplistic yet wonderful Commodore 64 game Ultimate TRON II. Each player controls the movement of an ever growing line with two keys/buttons, trying to avoid collisions as long as possible. Players can collect powerups, which can be activated by a third key/button to trigger additional effects. Up to nine persons can play AUT2 at the same time, and it is best played on a large screen (TV, beamer). You can download it at uebertron.de (currently for Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows, Mac support is planned). For detailed information please refer to the manual.

I remember all these clones of the game. Especially the 3D version have always inspired me.
