Title: Particle destroying another particle and replicating

Dear All,
I have created two particles moving and colliding with each other. But i want a situation that when they collide, one particle will destroy the other and it will replicate.

Better perspectives
I have a green and blue particle moving in a window. I want a situation where when they collide, the green particle will destroy the red and the green particle will replicate itself.

Please any help

I have already created the moving particles, what i want is how to diffuse the balls.
