Title: anime software

What are the complete set of software tools that Japanese use to create anime like Naruto,steamboy etc... ? I have some knowledge in programming languages, and I'm interested so much to do something like Japanese animation movies such as Naruto.. But I wonder what set of software tools is needed to such anime?

This might sound presumptions but,
what does this have to do with SFML?

plan on coding an animation software to meet that end or something?
