I wonder if you will be working on this soon... to get the transfer speed is a function I would really like to work with!

Oh, if I remember correctly you were unemployed before. Aren't you anymore? :D

If so, do you have any plans with SFML2? Are you working on something else?

I found a job in may 2010 -- otherwise I think you would already have SFML 3 :lol:

My plan is still to release it as soon as possible. I'm not working on anything else (nothing related to programming, at least).

Even in spite of your rare free time, you seem to spend a big part of it for SFML and its support on the forum. That's really nice, a lot of other open-source developers aren't nearly as active as you in the community. Thanks a lot!
