The first day i used SFML 1.6, i wrote the basic tutorial program, which made a window. I tested it and it failed, no error came and nothing was rendered. The thing was that that the program ran in the memory even if the window was not rendered. I have read that ATI Radeon HD xxxx have bugs in SFML.
I tried the same program on my other computer and it worked as a charm. Then i though i may use SFML 2, i knew that it had the same bug but however i tried it. It didn't work as expected.
Then on the same computer i started ubuntu, and installed SFML 2. I build it and every time i exit the window, a segmentation error comes. See picture (http://i52.tinypic.com/qya8vk.jpg)
I can see the window on Ubuntu and I can render to it, but the error comes every time close it. I hope you guys can find out how to make support for ATI cards.

Laurent got it already more or less finished I think. Everybody just waiting for him to release it.
OR he might already have released it and I just missed it.

Not yet, but you're right I've almost finished ;)

Almost finished what? Both bugs, ATI HD xxxx bug or x windows bug?
-
Both, I think they are linked.
