Title: New wiki

The new wiki is ready on github.

Of course it's empty, I only copied the "home" and "rules" pages :lol:

The old wiki will still be reachable at its original address until everything is copied to the new one.

I also removed the french part, now it's english only.

Do I need a GitHub account to change the Wiki?  It says I don't have permission to edit the Wiki page.

Yes. There's no option to allow anonymous edits.
