Title: SFML Game Jam 1 Theme Submission Thread

Please use this thread to submit your ideas for a possible theme for the first SFML Game Jam.

So far(from the other thread) we have:


Get creative! One week from now I will compile a list of every theme idea, and set up a way for everyone to vote on their favorite ones. Serious theme ideas only please. :P

You know, I wasn't sure if I should make it a multiple choice vote or not. I was worried that since there are many good suggestions it would be hard to narrow it down to a top 5 if everyone could vote for everything.

The idea of the voting is to choose your favorite out of all of the choices anyways. :P

Edit:
Maybe next time if we get more suggestions we could have a preliminary vote which would be multi-choice.

That's not necessarily bad, being able to see the results only influences people's votes.

The number of votes might change next time, but I wanted to make sure there were clear winners. And yes, the reason you can't see the votes collected is because it is supposed to be a secret. :P

There is, but I wanted to be able to see what the votes are, and I wasn't sure if the forum poll would let me do that.

Perhaps another thread should be created to let people know voting has started? Or maybe edit the title and first post?

I'm about to head home from work, but it's quite a bus ride! As soon as I get home I will close the voting and figure out the theme for the jam.
