// [1.4] - Linux - "X error of failed request: badvalue" When Run?

Hi,

When I run my little SFML 1.4 game on my Linux Mint 7 Gloria 32bit OS,
I get this error: "X error of failed request: badvalue" ???
I removed SFML and reinstalled through Package Manager but this not help with this issue.
I also tried the same game on another computer using the same OS and it works.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

Jesse

Can you show a minimal and complete example that reproduces the problem?

Are your graphics drivers up to date?

Hi,

Something is wrong with my Linux Mint 7 Gloria OS on my main computer.
I do not think this is an SFML issue as the game runs on my old computer w/ same OS.

Here is the Linux version of the game:

(MAKEFILE is included for easy building on Linux)

Anyone have any idea why SFML is not not working on my Linux Mint 7 Gloria?
Was working fine yesterday.
I did do a bunch of updates today though...

Hi,

I fixed it!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did some updates to the OS today and it broke the proprietary ATI graphics driver.
I reinstalled the proprietary ATI graphics driver and rebooted and now SFML game is working!
