Title: Unable to reset password on Main Forum account

Hello,

I am unable to reset my password on my main forum account. When I use the reset my password functionality I do not receive any email. I have checked my junk folder etc. This process has been repeated various times but still no success.

Can you please advise?

We've had another report yesterday and so far couldn't find a problem on our side, but we'll keep looking.

Did you use the same email address on the old account?

I had to setup this account with a different email address because it said my main account email address is in use.

I have no idea what the problem is I tested the reset password functionality on this new account and it works fine.

It seems like Hotmail (incl. live.com and outlook.com) has blocked us which may have affected you. We've sent a unblocking request, not sure how long it takes to get unblocked though.

It should already be unblocked. Try again and let me know if you still don't receive an email. ;)
