Title: Tutorial suggestion for VertexBuffer

I feel like it would make sense to add a paragraph to the existing tutorial to discuss when vertex buffers would make sense and/or replace the use of vertex arrays with vertex buffers.

A dedicated tutorial that basically repeats the same points seems a redundant.
