Thanks a lot for the useful GUI summary! :)

It's a good idea to have an information about the used SFML version and the up-to-dateness of each library.

I don't like that all that projects are in French :(
They look awesome but I can't work with them because I can't read French that well. Why isn't there just one English forum and just English projects? I think everybody should know English if he wants to work with the computer.

And not all french people can speak english that easily. =p

French project should stay in the french forum, and come in english forum only if they support english language. :o

(Eve Fighters pocess its topic in this forum as well : http://www.sfml-dev.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2447)

I wanted too to have only one forum in english, but Laurent was not for this solution.

French people can't move to learn english, that's a pity !

Well, if you are interested in a specific gui, I can translate it for you ;)

Well, I noticed that SFUI is not on the list. Here it is: http://code.google.com/p/sfui/ (I haven't tried it yet, so have no screenshots...) (It is inactive at the moment.)

GUIChan is not here:
http://guichan.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
and
http://code.google.com/p/guichan/

Screenshots:
http://guichan.sourceforge.net/oldsite/screenshots.shtml

Integrate guichan into SFML (french tutorial and code):
http://www.sfml-dev.org/wiki/fr/tutoriels/utiliserguichan

(Thanks to Lokk for creating the binder to SFML and writing the tutorial)

GUIChan once had a forum which was closed, but the author (Olof Naessen) is contactable through several means and is active in several forums related to 2D libraries, and replies quickly.

Well, I used guichan with SFML for a while, but I guess something is broken since 1.4, cause there were strange behaviours. I thought of writing an sfml2 backend, but I'm not familiar with opengl, and rendermask isn't implemted yet (AFAIK). So... that's my experience.

Little Dream Engine looks really neat and I didn't even know about it cause it's hidden in the french forum... :(

Very useful list. :)

Can anyone make a recommendation about which gui they prefer for SFML 1.5/1.6 projects?  At least until SFML2 runs on Mac.  I'm going to try cpGUI a bit but if anyone has any input it would be appreciated.

Mostly all of them are for sfml2, seems like i have to use guichan or ceGUI.

Ontopic: sfFlash updated to sfml2 (see http://www.sfml-dev.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2413)

BTW, cpGUI isn't inactive. I know this because I'm working on it (check the forum for more info). And it works on SFML 1.6 (stable). We'll port to SFML 2 after SFML 2 is released.

Sorry, the post isn't up to date. I will update It soon, but I am convinced that if someone could put It on the wiki, it would be good for everyone.
