Title: Install Problem: Command PhaseScriptExecution failed with a nonzero exit code

Hi there, I'm obviously doing something wrong with the installation.

The first thing that I notice, is that a new project creates a "Resource" folder, but such a folder is not created. However, it does create a folder with the same name as that of the project and puts the resources there.

But this is the one that concerns me. When I "Run" the project, I get the following error. It is pointing to a place that doesn't exist, but I'm not sure why the build is trying to do this.

I still don't know how to fix the RED colored folders/files.
I will still appreciate help on figuring out how to fix those red folders  :)

Can you describe the problem again now that you seem to have solve part of it?
