DotNet / Simple Collision Detection for SFML.NET

Hey all,

I found the Simple Collision Detection source in the SFML wiki, and decided to port it to C# for use with SFML.NET. I've tested it with SFML.NET 2.1. Hopefully some of you might find this useful.
