General / Cannot open include file: 'SFML/Graphics.hpp': No such file or directory

Good evening, I'm having a bit of an issue with installing the SFML 2.4.2 libraries into Visual Studio 2017.
I've followed the tutorial step by step, word for word, made sure all the directories lined up, gave each file and folder read/write permissions, removed the "-d" for all non-debug configurations, and Visual Studio still won't recognize the SFML files.
I'd most certainly appreciate it if anyone could help me out here, and I'll provide any additional information if necessary.
