You extract the zip file into the directory "%appdata%\CodeBlocks\share\codeblocks\templates\wizard"... (Create the directory, if not existed)... This way, you are not touching any CodeBlocks files at all...

Also, I am attaching the updated version of the file...

I just modify the SFML template that come with C::B.... Testing so far with Windows and Linux... I don't have a Mac...
