Network / IPv6 support

I was browsing the headers and noted that only IPv4 is supported as yet.
I don't think it is urgently required (I don't even have IPv6 with my ISP!),
but it would be nice to add to the TODO list/roadmap.

I suspect it shouldn't require too many changes.

Audio / al.h Not Found

As a matter of fact, all Linux distributions to my knowledge use the <AL/al.h> and <AL/alc.h>, and I suspect MacOS X does as well.
