Okay I get it, but why do say you don't need to fix it, it is a problem that can affect your users, tell them to download visual cpp

*UPDATE 1*
Well, got the weapon system working, just need bullets
And I implemented mappy map files, yay!
The player moves wonderfully, the weapons have weight, I've finished making the outlines for most of the game sprites, and I will soon draw in the sprite outlines, I'll plan the AI algorithm, make a lot of awesome maps, get collisions working, and make bullets of course.

ps the sprite's look a little like this so far...

SFML projects / Gnooze [FINISHED]
« on: July 13, 2010, 04:50:24 am »
Now for part two of my thorough beta testing method:
I played it for the second time, and i reached level 5, it is very good.
Still confused on the whole press space to make the force field thing go byebye, and shooting instructions are still not obvious, need IN-GAME clarification, which i cannot stress enough. One bad first time and the user wont use your program again....
Moving on....
So, are you gonna post the source somewhere, sourceforge is preferable, so is google code
I still need the bullet class, and the collision with bullets function, so far[in my game] i do not have bullets, and i need bullets
If you're curious about my game, look in the projects page... here.... in the projects forum....SFML...

Thank you
Also, congrats on the level five
So debug shows what the program returned right? Like1, 0, 1087530....
As in
return 0;

And drelease takes off all the confusing numbers and the console window?

i think the center is good if the sprite is going to be rotating a lot, otherwise stick with the upper left corner
