General / Compiling a SFML 2.0 project

Hello guys, trying to compile a SFML 2.0 file since i was told that 1.6 has some bugs with AMD graphics cards :(

All goes well untill i get to your handling events unfortunetly some code gets highlighted red and i get erros saying that sfml/window doesnt support this or that action. Any advice?

Okay so i am trying to follow the cmake tutorial which i am not even sure if is the one i should be following. Here are my steps so far.

1. it sais to find the "vcvars32.bat" file, i cant find that but i found one called "vcvarsall.bat" So i clicked that instead. and got a CMD window telling me its setting up environments which disappears after 2 seconds.

2. I Downloaded the SFML 2 snapshot and tried to put it through cmake only to get a

error. I dont understand anything so far. the error is a link to the windows 7 SDK apparentlly.. I know im asking for basically the whole tutorial re-explained here but if someone could take the time to help me out i would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

I tried copying and pasting the code from window startup tutorial

but I get a console program that does nothing and shows nothing... no errors.

I Would just like to say that i had trouble with this tutorial because of some steps not being underlined. like copying and pasting the dll's from the sdk into our project folder.

Just saying that you guys might want to consider re-writing it unless its meant  to be noob proof..

anything
