It's nicer to work with an actual IRC client, but you can also use the online Mibbit client.
You're welcome to join irc.boxbox.org any time and with up to 40 users and experienced people, you'll mostly get a good and quick respons. And if you stay longer you'll get to enjoy the nice climate we have there.
