Opening A web brower

I will like to open up the web browser to a particular address when the user clicks a button, how can I achieve this with sfml?

SFML doesn't offer such a functionality.
You'll probably have to call some OS specific function, see here for example: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17347950/how-do-i-open-a-url-from-c
