If you mean changing the cursor appearance you have to
> hide the cursor (once)
> get the cursor position
> display a custom sprite at this position

(There might be some other discussion about it.)

the other methods i needed were from sf::Window Class Reference

void SetCursorPosition (unsigned int Left, unsigned int Top)

void ShowMouseCursor (bool Show)




and Input from sf::Input class to get its position.
