sfml-graphics-2.dll is missing

I'm pretty sure I set up up SFML with visual studio 2012 correctly; however when I try to run it i get this error:

All the DLLs are in the appropriate folder as far as I know, but knowing me I probably screwed something very obvious up 

I downloaded the "Visual C++ 11 (2012) - 32 bits" package and that is the one I'm using.

What folder are they in?  they need to be copied into any folder that runs your program executable or debug executable.
