2 quick questions
« on: February 27, 2014, 04:01:08 pm »
Hi there,

I had two quick questions about the game jam:

1. When is the next one? ;D

2. Are we allowed to use a pre-written engine during the jam?

Thanks

Hi

1. There's no official date already, but if the previous pattern is applied you can expect it to be the last week end of May. *BUT* : we're talking about making a one-two weeks jam as well, so maybe it will break the pattern.

2. Until now we were able to use any kind of framework, as long as it uses SFML and not one of the competitor libs (SDL, Ogre, ...)

You can use whatever personal frameworks/engines you want. Just make sure you are using SFML.

sfmlgamejam.com/rules
Motion / MotionNET - Complete video / audio playback for SFML / SFML.NET

NetEXT - An SFML.NET Extension Library based on Thor
