Android and iOS ports will not be part of this release, so there will not be tutorials for them yet.

Huh ? Wasn't it the point of 2.2 to include Android and iOS ports ?

They couldn't be completed in time, so the code is there but must still be considered "experimental", and there will be no release (so you'll have to compile it yourself). We didn't want to release half-broken ports with lots of bugs, or to delay SFML 2.2 further.
