Hello

I just tried SFML out and I find it quite nice. However, I found that the D bindings didn't include OS X support so here's a patch to fix that. Enjoy :)

Thanks. I added the missing stuff from dllloader and windowhandle to DSFML2 (bona fide, I don't have OSX to test).
