I have no c++ book.
I hope this is all sarcasam...
It should be obvious that a 'book' in this context is a placehold for any possible resources. Since books are historicly considered the first source of knowledge I think it's quite obvious...
And if you want to hold on to the word book then you may use an eBook and of those you can find plently (not judging if good or not).
So since you don't have a C++ book I may point yout to
this site from where you can get more than one book for free.
And if you don't understand what I could mean with other sources, C++ references are considered as such possibilities (e.g.
