There is *probably* a way to get SFML to run on PS4, but Laurent would A) need a license B) anyone wanting to use SFML for Ps4 would aslo need a license.

I've read everything, but I've searched on google and found PSL1ght for PS3
and I don't know where to get PS4 SDK for free like PSL1ght
that is for PS3
if you can't see well, you can't test your applications and operating system well

Guys, way off topic. This really has nothing to do with where you live  :P

Point of posting that link was to show that you must be a registered developer to access the PS4 dev kit.  ;)
