Hello, I try to install PySFML I download on github (PySFML-cython-master), I then start the setup.py that does not work and returns me http://pastebin.com/1qB6E0KY, so I run the patch (which works?, no error, no message, nothing), I'm sour x64, my cython version is 0.19.1, gcc 4.6.3, I do not know what you have ideas please?

Download pySFML from https://github.com/Sonkun/python-sfml . because you've downloaded the wrong Python bindings.
