troubleshooting tab to hardware acc is missing

See the picture below, im going to adjust the hardware accelration and I noticed that there is no troubleshooting tab. help me, im going to use it for blender

This has nothing what so ever to do with SFML.
May I suggest you try a hardware support forum or similar.
