Auto-select resolution
« on: March 09, 2010, 08:33:41 pm »
Hi,

I have the problem that my application shall automatically choose resolution. In case 1024x768 is available then it should choose that one or if not than it shall gracefully fall back to 800x600.

Is there an easy way to do this using SFML?

Look at sf::VideoMode and its static functions.

Thanks for the quick answer and sorry for the stupid question just it was quite urgent and I didn't have the time to look carefully through the source.
