I've test rapidly and I very liked! The game is rapid, the theme and the graphics originals, and I love the player's ship's movement!
But the font is not very good in my resolution (1600x900).

Whatever, very good work  :D
Projects:
- Open Rodent's Revenge (rewriting in progress)
- Open Advanced War (paused)

Thanks Hugo!

A fast and straightforward access to the game was very important for me as it should be as easy as possible for everyone to play it. I'm pleased you mentioned it  :D .

The game may be open source in the future!

By the way, did you try the alternative weapons? Use [Alt] to switch it   !

Now for part two of my thorough beta testing method:
I played it for the second time, and i reached level 5, it is very good.
Still confused on the whole press space to make the force field thing go byebye, and shooting instructions are still not obvious, need IN-GAME clarification, which i cannot stress enough. One bad first time and the user wont use your program again....
Moving on....
So, are you gonna post the source somewhere, sourceforge is preferable, so is google code
I still need the bullet class, and the collision with bullets function, so far[in my game] i do not have bullets, and i need bullets
If you're curious about my game, look in the projects page... here.... in the projects forum....SFML...

Thanks again, Hugo!

I'm thinking of the best approach of developing a in-game instruction system. The problem is: Advanced player may be bothered by the recurring advices.
Furthermore I sent you a PM according to your bullets issue.

Make it an option before the game starts and stop it automatically after the second or third level for example ;)

Hm, I think the best way is to show a pop-up after pressing "Play" the first time and saving this in a file so you won't be bothered by it again  :D .

Any more criticism, advices, wishes? Tell me!  8)
