Very nice that you have expended the effort of installing such a site! Thanks a lot
Maybe you should make the difference to the official Wiki a little bit clearer, especially concerning source codes. For example like this:
Uploads: Images, archives, temporary code snippets
Wiki: Project presentations, tutorials, reusable source code
SFML Uploads will not serve as a project-presentation page at all, its just "raw" archive files and screenshots, to use mainly in this forums, for example as download links on project threads/their blog etc, and embedding screenshots in topics. See this as an alternative to that ugly megaupload links you see all over the forums, with the ads, the wait etc. SFML Uploads will be 100% ad-free, free of charge etc.
The codesnippet thing is useful in these forums as well, not as whole project sources, but as snippets you have a problem with.
Lets say hypothetically that im creating a thread in the helpsection, having problems compiling my code. I could then upload a codesnippet with the narrowed down code that im having problems with, including related problemcode. This allows users on this forums to not only view the code im having trouble with, but also create a new version of it(wich will be listed when viewing the original source), so that they easily can reply with a "fixed" code, or marked out lines that is problematic in a logical way or likewise.
As for the wiki, its good as a "stable", "permanent" site with tutorialcode, examples, whole presentations etc, but not for temporary usage like problematic code.
Hope you get my point
And its nice to see that you appreciate this!
