This is nice but I'm still planning to install a new forum, so don't waste too much time on this one.

About that, have you found something which supports markdown format ? That would be really cool!

well, I really like this format so...  :P (bbcodes are kind of heavy)

I won't die if the next forum system doesn't support it. I was just wondering if you've found something so far. It would be cool but nothing more.

Anyway, the most useful feature is a good search engine ; «my image is blurred» is kind of recurrent...

I'm not looking for such a feature, so... no :)

As for me, I prefer BBCode over markdown, at least I can get what I want :D .

If you still are planning a new forum, maybe i could request an embed (like img, code etc we have now) for the codesnippets on sfmluploads? (A) I could help you write it, have a lot of experience creating wysiwyg editors using js and php.

could make a file like www.sfmluploads.org/getcodehtml.php?codeid=32, wich returns only an includable div or something ?
