It depends.
If you mean if you can create 3d graphics with it, you can't.
But you can use OpenGL with SFML very nicely.

If your whole game focuses on 3D, you might also have a look at 3D graphic libraries like
Irrlicht
. Implementing everything in OpenGL is cumbersome, and there are fewer features you can directly use, for example model loading, collision detection, rendering of light and shadows or water surfaces.
