Regardless of your level in English, it would've been possible to search the forum a bit first...
As said in other threads: SFML uses OpenGL, Windows Phone, Windows RT, etc. uses a DirectX, thus SFML can't just easily be ported, as it's being done for iOS and Android (both supporting OpenGL).
Having the possibility for a DirectX rendering back-end, is already on the "nice to have" list, but when or if this will happen is not certain yet.
