As mentioned on the reddit page, you need to present the project in a bit more detail. We've had a lot of "universal game engine" attempts here, none of which was seriously maintained, thus we're a bit careful when people announce projects of this scale, especially when they're not showing a lot ;)

What can your engine do? What feature does it provide, what do you plan to add in the future? I don't think "let's decide on the features together" is a good way to go, initially you should provide a rough outline.

You say FUGE "uses the best free graphics and sound libraries available" -- which are those, how do you combine them?

Is there an online documenation with examples on how to use the library?

And last of all, have you considered contributing to an existing project instead of rebuilding your own? There are quite a few free game engines around, is the a reason you start from scratch?
