Read the dependency list here http://www.sfml-dev.org/tutorials/2.3/start-vc.php again.  You are not including everything you need for a static link.  If you don't want a static link then remove SFML_STATIC from the preprocessor and remove -s from your libraries to link against.

1. You are linking the debug version of SFML, make sure you also build a debug version of your own app. If you are building your app in release mode, then use the SFML libs without "-d". Make sure you don't mix debug and release builds.

2. The PDB files contain debug symbols. They are not needed to run your app, only needed if you want to debug into those dll's.

3. If you don't want a console window, then change your build options to build for Windows instead of Console (you probably also want to link with sfml-main and use a standard "main()" rather than "WinMain()".

Seriously? Have your heard of documentation? I suggest reading it. Or google if looking things up in docs is too hard.
