Which is the best way converting image from the window and then adding effects to it, and again render it to the window? I saw this technic from
https://www.youtube.com/user/ThinMatrix/featured
(video
)
My idea is to convert image and resize it to the nearest available resolution and adding some effects to it
.

Render to a render texture, apply effects and draw the render texture (or extract the resulting texture).
