.exe will not run

I got a new computer and now my program won't run. Both computers have windows 7 64-bit. When I click on the program, nothing happens. No error message or anything is displayed. I checked in the processes, and it shows the program running, but I can't see/hear anything. I checked multiple programs that I made with SFML and none of them work, but programs without it do work. Ideally I want the program to as portable as possible, but clearly it's not. Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be or how to fix it?
