procedural map filling
« on: October 21, 2018, 06:57:09 pm »
Hi, I am generating a map using perlin noise.
But I do not know how to fill the generated map with trees, grass, bushes, etc.
Is it possible to fill the game map using perlin noise?

If you can bear to read it all I wrote a few posts a while back on creating an 'infinte' procedurally generated map. The first part is here.
